1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relationship between Hutkosoft (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) who uses the website https://hutkosoft.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
1.2. Registration and/or use of the Site signifies the User’s full and unconditional agreement with all the terms of this Agreement.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. Site – the internet resource located at https://hutkosoft.com, including all web pages, services, informational and other materials.
2.2. User – an individual or legal entity who accesses and uses the functionality of the Site.
2.3. Administration – Hutkosoft, which owns the rights to the Site and manages it.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Site and its functionality under the terms specified in this Agreement.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. Rights and Obligations of the Administration:
4.1.1. The Administration is obliged to provide the User with access to the Site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
4.1.2. The Administration has the right to change the terms of this Agreement, the functionality of the Site, and to suspend its operation without prior notice to the User.
4.2. Rights and Obligations of the User:
4.2.1. The User has the right to use the Site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine.
4.2.2. The User agrees not to engage in actions that may disrupt the operation of the Site or harm other Users.
4.2.3. The User agrees not to use the Site to distribute illegal information or materials that infringe on the rights of third parties.
5. Use of the Site
5.1. The User has the right to use the functionality of the Site for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
5.2. The use of the Site is permitted only within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine and the terms of this Agreement.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. The Administration agrees to ensure the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. The User consents to the processing of their personal data by the Administration in connection with the use of the Site.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused to the User in connection with the use or inability to use the Site.
7.2. The User is responsible for complying with the terms of this Agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine when using the Site.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. All disputes arising in connection with the implementation of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
8.2. If it is impossible to reach an agreement through negotiations, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
9. Term of the Agreement
9.1. This Agreement enters into force upon its acceptance by the User and remains in effect until the parties fulfill all their obligations.
9.2. The Administration reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement with mandatory notification of the User by publishing a new version of the Agreement on the Site.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Administration and the User and governs the use of the Site.
10.2. All appendices, changes, and additions to this Agreement are an integral part thereof.
